The summer has really started and we decided to take Bongo on a short trip. On the first day of our little holidays we visited a beautiful alpine Lake Jasna that is located in Kranjska Gora, just before the first few turns of the road to the mountain passage of Vršič (the highest passage of Slovenia).
The lake is offering a breathtaking view together with its surrounding mountains Julijske Alpe. The water is clear and cold, in beautiful shades of green and blue. Bongo loved the water that was a big refreshment in the middle of a very hot day.
Beautiful water and a beautiful, well behaved dog... could I ask for more?
The best thing to teach Bongo that water is great and refreshing: retrieving wooden sticks :)
The lake was also very helpful in terms of socializing Bongo. We met ducks and also a mother duck with her babies! Bongo was behaving very well, he was just looking from the distance and controlling his hunting instinct very well!
We also met a lot of people and dogs, but Bongo did not really mind them. He was busy with doing his own things - retrieving the sticks from the water and watching the picturesque scenery around him :)
